Refund policy
At Protein B*tch, we want you to love every purchase you make with us. If you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to make things right. Please review our return and refund policy below for full details on eligibility and how to proceed.
Refund Eligibility
To qualify for a refund:
- Product(s) must be in original packaging and in new, unopened condition.
- Product(s) must be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date.
Additionally:
- Restocking Fee: Returned products are subject to a 20% restocking fee equivalent to the full-price dollar amount of each item before any promotional discount codes, subscription pricing, or bundle discounts. The restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
- Original shipping costs are ineligible for a refund.
- Return Shipping: The cost and responsibility for return shipping rest with the purchaser.
- Please provide us with the return tracking number and ensure the product is securely packaged for its journey back to us.
Refund Process
- Refund Method: Refunds will be issued back to the original payment method used at checkout with the 20% restocking fee deduction.
- Processing Time: Once your return is received and inspected, please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank’s processing times.
If your product arrives damaged due to shipping, we will replace it at no cost. To start this process, please reach out to our Customer Service team and provide:
- Photos of the outer packaging
- Photos of the damaged product itself
We will work with you to ensure a smooth replacement process.
